Design Ideas

Hey guys,
After our presentation and feedback on the website/multi-page feature confusion I started thinking about ways we could set out our feature. With our ideas for multiple sections, I think this would best be displayed using tabs across the top, making it accessible and immediately noticeable. The other option is to have a list of bullet points in the sidebar but I don't find it aesthetically pleasing, nor does it really attract the viewer to explore the other pages.

Surprise!

A design feature for our multi-page story.

I have currently arranged the page to display this option with links to external websites on similar topics to our sections, however we are able to have these tabs link to a blank page which we can fill in ourselves. However I can't see the option to have it link to sections as we had previously thought, but for our feature this probably isn't necessary as we aren't designing a full website just a multi-page feature.

Explore the links I put in the tabs and let me know what you think of this design feature, it will be great for dividing our content!

  1. Excelleentt idea! Doing that will make it much easier when it comes around to making our feature because we will already have our work placed in categories :)

  2. Yeah this is a really good idea. It keeps the feature fairly simple in terms of layout and easy to follow. Obviously a clean home page is necessary for the type of audience we are seeking to target.
